Sapphire Business Solutions are a BT Openreach fixed line service provider. All our lines are installed and maintained by BT Openreach Engineers. SBS have direct access to the BT Openreach network to schedule installations and resolve faults.

We can also transfer existing lines in to our portfolio. The transfer process takes 10 working days to complete and your service will be uninterrupted. If you are transferring your phone line from another supplier then it’s also completely free, whether you have one line or one hundred.
