As part of the maintenance agreement, SBS engineers will be able to dial in to your telephone system to complete remote diagnostics (subject to the system supporting this service) prior to attending site to rectify the fault. If this is not achievable due to faulty hardware or a cable fault, a field based engineer will be despatched to attend site and restore the service.

Our standard maintenance is Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00pm; however we can provide a bespoke contract to suit your needs, whether it is a few extra hours a day, weekends or we can even provide support 365 days a year. SBS will have a solution to meet your needs.
