Music on Hold

We have three different options when it comes to music on hold. We start with an entry level product and work our way up to a monthly subscription service. Here's what we can offer: 

The options are:

1. • We can supply a licenced paid CD with a selection of tracks and pre-recorded messages.
   • Via our online portal you write your own script and choose your own backing music for a one off fee. The file is then provided in any required format. The standard format is MP3. Click Here to visit the mixing website where you can listen to the music and voice over options.
   • We can provide a service for a monthly fee that includes a set amount of changes to the greeting each year, should you wish to change the messages on a regular basis.

1. • 88% of all callers surveyed preferred message recordings to radio or silence. 
   • 70% of all business callers are put on hold.
   • 60% of all callers left unattended hang up.
